Royal Quinoa (Wild Quenopodium quinoa) is an andean
grain, suitable for human consumption after cooking, this
grain is only produced in Bolivia, near two vast salt flats
over 3500 m.o.s.l., under the requirements of organic
production.
Quinoa grain processing consists of a scouring, washing,
and several processes of impurities and grain selection.
